Jennifer, a Bay Area native, brings 20 years of sales management to each community she manages. She has direct oversight of sales managers, sales teams, recruiting, training and the entire sales operation while managing key lender and client relationships. Jennifer has developed sales teams and strategic initiatives for noteworthy developments such as The Pacific, One Steuart Lane, 1101 West, One Marina and 2238 Market. Prior to her current role as VP of Sales, Jennifer spent six years as a sales manager on various Polaris Pacific communities in addition to six years as a Project Director.
Bernadette is an established professional with 15 years in the industry. She’s well versed in the many facets of residential real estate, from new construction to the more traditional resale domain. Bernadette is skilled as Vice President Client Services with a deep understanding of the sales psyche as well as a strong respect for contractual details.
Based in our Seattle office, Josh leads business development and operations as Managing Director for our rapidly-expanding portfolio in the Pacific Northwest. He has directed the sales and marketing strategy for communities throughout the West Coast and works to foster communication between developers, marketing, sales and third-party vendors. Josh brings an unparalleled 20 years of experience in real estate and a thoughtful, holistic approach to every development he manages.
Matt works with our developer clients to maintain sales and marketing timelines. He also contributes to the implementation of strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing project budgets and engaging in developer, sales, marketing and vendor collaboration. Prior to his role as Managing Director, Matt spent eight years as the Director of Research for Polaris Pacific. Matt holds a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Arizona.
Christina has 13 years of experience working for world-class residential developers and real estate consultancies. She honed her abilities in highly competitive markets including San Francisco, Los Angeles and London and has launched, marketed and sold over 30 luxury high-density residential-led developments worldwide. Christina holds two advanced degrees in urban planning and design from UC Berkeley and the London School of Economics.
Rachel has over 11 years of experience working for developers and general contractors. She has worked through all processes of a residential and mixed-use development, including land acquisitions, entitlements, construction budgeting, project management, managing sales and marketing, and warranties for new construction. Her experience brings an invaluable, integrated approach to the sales and marketing process.
An Irish-born “native” of San Francisco since 1993, Hugh is a highly accomplished sales manager with strength in partnering with both clients and his sales team. He has over 24 years of experience in new home sales during which he managed one of San Francisco’s largest residential projects with a gross sellout of over $1.2 Billion. Hugh has worked with a lengthy list of clients such as Tishman Speyer, The Paul’s Corporation and The R Group, to name a few.
Crel brings 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Polaris Pacific clients. He oversees Sales Managers and sales teams throughout Arizona while managing key lender and client relationships in the region. In 2016, he was nominated for Sales Manager of the Year by both the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Building Industry Association (BIA). Crel graduated from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona
