Miles leads development of the Polaris Pacific Report,™ a monthly market-intelligence report that tracks the sales prices and absorption rates of new residential condominiums in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Silicon Valley, Phoenix and Oakland/Emeryville. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, Miles was a research analyst at the Mark Company, a San Francisco–based brokerage firm, and at Market Profiles, a market-research firm based in Southern California.

Max’s prior experience consulting for Fortune 500 companies has given him a unique perspective in navigating shifting client demands. He routinely brings this expertise into consulting engagements by offering creative solutions to analyze and interpret data. Raised in Los Angeles, Max’s past positions have put him in contact with top designers and architects in the Southern California region, making him deeply in tune with current design and building trends. Max holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business.

Vedika has a unique background in data analytics, research, and improving business processes. She has worked with several non-profit as well as private organizations and has helped them develop data-driven business strategies. Currently, she produces the monthly Polaris Pacific Report TM for the Phoenix, San Diego, and Denver markets. She also manages the Polaris Pacific COVID-19 Dashboard, an essential market trend tool which shows the impact of the pandemic on the condo market. Vedika received her Master of Science in Information Management along with a specialization in Data Science and Project Management from Syracuse University, New York.

Research Analyst


After earning her degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, Michelle conducted economics research on taxes and labor under Professor Clair Brown, and analyzed mortgage-backed securities at top economic consulting firm, Analysis Group. At Polaris Pacific, Michelle employs her economics background and proficiency with statistical and programming tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL to develop actionable insights and informative reports for clients.
