Kara brings 20 years of real estate marketing experience to her clients. During that time, she has branded and sold more than $12 billion of real estate property in New York City and across the globe. By creatively partnering with developers and designers to communicate a vision, she has often been able to sell projects before they are even built. A native of Southern California, she is instrumental in the marketing efforts for Polaris Pacific’s Southern California, Arizona and Hawaii communities. Kara earned her bachelor of science in business and marketing from the University of Southern California.
Dana has a unique background in marketing, project management and business development. She has implemented numerous residential marketing strategies cumulating over $1 Billion in sales. Her imaginative lens and creative network have resulted in multiple award-winning marketing campaigns. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, Dana worked for the Urban Land Institute. Dana received her bachelor of arts in urban studies and planning from the University of California, San Diego.
Kat brings her professional experience developing comprehensive brand strategies and acumen in executing tactical marketing plans to Polaris Pacific’s portfolio of clients. As a Senior Marketing Manager for the department, she manages brand marketing, strategic partnerships and community development strategy for a range of properties across the Arizona region. Kat received her Bachelor of Arts in business, with an emphasis in Marketing, from the Neeley School of Business at TCU.
Elena brings over seven years of experience successfully leading and delivering sales-driven marketing programs across technology, real estate, and luxury lifestyle sectors to her role at Polaris Pacific. As a Marketing Manager, she partners with developers, designers, architects and media teams to develop creative brands for a number of projects in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, Elena ran business development and marketing across North America for a tech marketing communications agency, Archetype. Elena earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a double minor in communication and education from University of California, Davis.
Chanel brings a professional background in marketing and project management in the real estate and design industries to her role. As marketing manager for the department, she works directly with developers, architects, interior designers, media and communications partners, branding and creative firms, as well as rendering and interactive technology providers for a range of projects in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, Chanel worked for CBRE where she developed analytical reports and oversaw marketing deliverables. Chanel received her bachelor of arts in communications from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is a licensed CA real estate agent.
Brielle brings a wealth of professional experience in project management, communications and marketing to her role as Marketing Manager at Polaris Pacific. She oversees client communication, collaborates with agency partners, and manages brand marketing for a range of properties across the Bay Area, leveraging a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications and Public Relations with an emphasis on Journalism from Southern Methodist University.
Marla brings an extensive background in luxury real estate marketing and project management to her role. She has worked alongside top producing sales teams on large-scale projects from Los Angeles, San Francisco, and the greater Seattle area. As Marketing Manager, her creative eye helps guide partnerships with designers, branding and creative firms, and media teams. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, Marla worked for CIM Group and Greenland USA redefining the skyline of major metropolitan areas. Marla received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and is a licensed CA real estate agent.
