The Operations team.

They may be behind the scenes, but it’s their support that keeps us going. Checks get sent, the lights stay on and they even pick the choicest grounds of coffee. The place couldn’t function without them. They don’t get acknowledged enough. So we’re doing it now.

Vice President Operations


Overseeing the financial management of marketing and sales campaigns, Carolyn has created an accounting and business management control system that keeps clients informed of project expenditures. She joined the company in 1990, organizing the central support system and creating the infrastructure to accommodate company growth over the next 30 years. Carolyn has a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University.

Office Manager


Frances oversees Polaris Pacific’s San Francisco office, where she ensures that daily operations run smoothly. Since joining the company, she maintains accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly billing. Formerly, Frances worked at Larry Becker Contemporary Art. She attended the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia, where she earned her bachelor of arts.
