Wendy brings 28 years of sales and marketing experience to the table. Wendy has direct oversight of sales managers, sales teams and the entire sales operation while managing key lender and client relationships. She was nominated for Sales Manager of the Year by both the National Association of Home Builders and the Building Industry Association in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Wendy attended Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
Mike leads the company’s efforts in Southern California, Arizona, and Hawaii. His extensive consulting, project management, and sales experience spans the development process from pre-planning to sell out. Mike earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Southern California and his juris doctor degree with concentrations in real property and corporate law from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is licensed in multiple states including CA, NY, MA, and WA and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Matt works with our developer clients to maintain sales and marketing timelines. He also contributes to the implementation of strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing project budgets and engaging in developer, sales, marketing and vendor collaboration. Prior to his role as project director, Matt spent eight years as the director of research for Polaris Pacific. Matt holds a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Arizona.
Christina has over 10 years of experience working for world-class residential developers and real estate consultancies. She honed her abilities in highly competitive markets including San Francisco, Los Angeles and London and has launched, marketed and sold over 30 luxury high-density residential-led developments worldwide. Christina holds two advanced degrees in urban planning and design from UC Berkeley and the London School of Economics.
Johanna brings over 20 years of marketing, sales-management and operations experience to Polaris Pacific as vice president. Johanna’s past experience includes the Ryness Company and D.R. Horton. Johanna earned a master’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University and was the recipient of the NAHB National Marketing Director of the Year Award (Silver) and the Marketing Director of the Year Award from the Los Angeles Ventura Sales and Marketing Council.
Victoria brings international banking, real estate and project management expertise to Polaris Pacific. Previously at HSBC, she oversaw sales strategy and operations for the US Commercial Banking sales team. As a licensed real estate salesperson for Douglas Elliman in New York City, Victoria identified, and sold investment properties to investors from APAC and EMEA. Victoria is a dual citizen of the US and Hong Kong and fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She leads the strategic planning and execution of mixed-use real estate assets in the US and abroad.
As project director, Josh serves as the main point of contact with our developer clients. He ensures timely communication and delivery between developer, construction, sales, marketing and creative agency teams. Josh specializes in commercial and land sales, land acquisition, site analysis and entitlement work. Josh’s 15 years of real estate experience and breadth of knowledge brings an unparalleled, holistic view to every project he manages.
Jennifer brings a decade of extensive sales management experience to each community she has managed, including 77 Van Ness, 829 Folsom and One Marina. As project director, she serves as the main liaison with our developer clients and ensures timely communication and delivery between developer, construction, sales, marketing and creative agency partners.
Lindsay’s background in delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns spans resort development, home building and urban infill projects. She excels at cultivating and maintaining client relationships and embraces technology that aids customer decision making. Lindsay received a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Denver and draws on her experiences growing up in the resort world, including destinations such as Vail and Lake Tahoe.
Crel brings 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Polaris Pacific clients. He oversees Sales Managers and sales teams throughout Arizona while managing key lender and client relationships in the region. In 2016, he was nominated for Sales Manager of the Year by both the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Building Industry Association (BIA).
