Whitelist Instructions
This process, also known as “whitelisting,” makes certain that all e-communication is delivered to your inbox and is not caught by a spam or junk mail filter. Please find your email system in the list below.
Microsoft Outlook
- Click “File.”
- Select “New” from the File drop-down menu.
- Select “New Contact” from the New drop-down menu.
- Enter the e-mail address: research@polarispacific.com
- Click “Save and Close.”
Gmail
- Click “Contacts” along the left side of any page.
- Click the “New Contact” button in the bottom-right corner, a red circle with a +
- Enter the e-mail address: research@polarispacific.com
- Click “Save” to add your contact.
AOL
- On the AOL toolbar, click on the “Mail” menu.
- Click ” Address Book.”
- Click “Add.”
- Enter the e-mail address: research@polarispacific.com
- Click “Save.”
Yahoo! Mail
- Click “Contacts” in the folder list along the left side of your Yahoo! Mail page.
- Your Contacts open as a tab in the main window. Below the word “Contacts” on the actual tab, move your mouse over the rolodex-card icon with a plus sign next to the words “Add Contact.”
- Click on the “Add Contact” button.
- Enter the e-mail address: research@polarispacific.com
- Click “OK” when you are finished.
Hotmail
- Click on the “New” drop-down menu below the Window Live button.
- Click on “Contact.”
- Enter the e-mail address: research@polarispacific.com
- Click “Save.”
Earthlink
- In the Address Book, choose “Contact” from the top drop-down menu.
- Click the “Add” button.
- Enter the e-mail address: research@polarispacific.com
- Use the Category drop-down menu at the top of the Add Contact dialog window to select a category for your new contact.
- Click “Add.”
