Bisnow BMAC West Conference Recap
July 20th, 2016 / Los Angeles

Paul Zeger recently spoke at The Bisnow Annual Multifamily and Mixed Use Conference in Los Angeles. Here are some of his thoughts from the panel discussion, “Creative Solutions Finding and Creating Value.”

We’re finding that Millennials in urban areas have families in mind and want more kid- friendly amenities such as stroller parking and bike/trike sharing. A demand for family- friendly units with more space might mean saying goodbye to traditions like dining areas. Buildings with bike sharing programs will become more common as the need for parking spaces becomes less of a necessity.

Three things that today’s buyer/renter values most: location, efficiency, and community.
