Tishman Speyer releases final penthouses.
The top-floor penthouse homes at Tishman Speyer’s Lumina have been released to market. These final remaining residences in the 656-unit Folsom Street Tower each span a half floor, on two separate stories, with roughly 5,500 square feet of customizable indoor space and 300 square feet of outdoor space.

Two shells are now ready for personalized design at the high-rise luxury community at 201 Folsom St. in the up-and-coming Rincon Hill area. The developer released the first phase of homes in Fall of 2014. The property offers roughly 45,000 square feet of state-of-the-art amenities.
