Rockwell is a 259-residence development located in Pacific Heights comprised of two 13-story towers. Rockwell’s entrances are restored façades of San Francisco’s historic Auto Row, creating a charming gateway into the Grand Solarium lobby that utilizes brick and concrete accents. The connecting modern towers are designed with an Art Deco flair combining old and new to create a style all its own. Polaris Pacific consulted with Oyster Development and its marketing partners to deliver a timeless brand experience, one that leverages Rockwell’s unique location in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in San Francisco—Pacific Heights.
On the exterior, integrated into the two, 13-story glass and concrete towers, are two restored early-1900s facades from San Francisco’s Historic Auto Row.
