Retreat-like waterfront residences in Richmond.

87 affordable Marina Bay condos open for sale.

Since last year, we’ve told you about two newly renovated condominium developments in Richmond Marina Bay neighborhood that were listing for as low as $260,000.

The condos at The Shores at Marina Bay have since sold out and those at The Cove at Marina Bay are nearly sold out — “representing nearly 500 homes in total starting at $300,000,” a spokeswoman for the properties said.

If you’re still interested in these homes along the waterfront, you’re in luck. On Thursday, yet another similar development in the area — this one called “Marina Bay” — opened sales for 87 residences starting at $300,000.

The property is located at 1 Marina Lakes Drive. The gated community features one-and two-bedroom homes from about 750 to 1,000 square feet. They have patios and decks, covered parking with additional spaces for guests and some have classic wood-burning fireplaces.

“These retreat-like waterfront units will offer various layouts –Junior 1 bed, 1 bed with loft, 2 bed 1 bath, 2 bed 2 bath –and will all have refinished, sleek modern finishes, hardwood floors, GE profile, washer, dryer in unit, etc.,” according to San Francisco-based Polaris Pacific, which is leading the sales and marketing for the property. “The community will also offer two club houses, two pools, two spas, three tennis courts, game rooms, library and more.”
