Regis’ Mountain View Condos Sell Out Quickly.

1101 West Sells Out 4 Months After Hitting the Market.

Regis Homes Bay Area sold out its newest luxury condominium community 1101 West in Mountain View, CA. The rapid sales mark was achieved less than four months after the 52 homes hit the market.

Located at 1101 West El Camino Real, the residences sold for an average of more than $1,000-per-square-foot.

1101 West, one of the first new condominium developments completed in Mountain View in many years, is within walking distance of downtown and transit. Each home in the LEED-certified, four-story community features spacious floor plans, refined finishes, electric vehicle charging, and “smart home” features such as learning thermostats and remote-controlled mechanical blinds.

The project was built by Regis Homes Bay Area, a division of Sares Regis Group of Northern California, in partnership with Tricon Capital. Polaris Pacific marketed and sold 1101 West.
