Lorin Horosz is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 20 years of success in the real estate, tech and audio industries. Leveraging extensive experience with marketing and branding, Lorin is a valuable asset for companies seeking guidance on reinventing and bringing attention to existing brands in need of management. His broad areas of expertise include innovation, brand strategy, brand execution, budgets, timelines, staffing, advertising, public relations, and corporate communications. Throughout his executive career, Lorin has held leadership positions with Polaris Pacific; Grosvenor Americas, and Meyer Sound. In his current role as Vice President of Marketing at Polaris Pacific, he has been responsible for hiring an elite team of marketers and working with some of the largest developers in the US, specifically on the west coast. Lorin holds a Bachelor in Science in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Kansas and he completed coursework in Marketing and Social Media Strategy from Stanford Continuing Studies.
Kara brings 15 years of real estate marketing experience to her clients. During that time, she has branded and sold more than $10 billion of real estate property in New York City and across the globe. By creatively partnering with developers and designers to communicate a vision, she has often been able to sell projects before they are even built. A native of Southern California, she is instrumental in the marketing efforts for Polaris Pacific’s Southern California, Arizona and Hawaii communities. Kara earned her bachelor of science in business and marketing from the University of Southern California.
Ashley specializes in marketing strategy, campaign management and relationship development. She has cultivated these skills while developing and implementing marketing plans for innovative early-stage companies. At RoundhouseOne, she ran the marketing department and served as lead marketing strategist. At Project Frog, she managed marketing, communications and sales campaigns. Ashley also worked in account management at Hill Holliday.
Dana has a unique background in marketing, project management and business development. She has developed and implemented marketing strategies for numerous residential condominium communities, resulting in over $1 Billion in sales. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, Dana worked for the Urban Land Institute in Washington, D.C. and the San Francisco Bay Area, implementing marketing, communications and programming strategies. Dana received her bachelor of arts in urban studies and planning from the University of California, San Diego.
Kat brings her professional experience developing comprehensive brand strategies and acumen in executing tactical marketing plans to Polaris Pacific’s portfolio of clients. As Marketing Coordinator for the Department, she manages a breadth of day-to-day marketing activities and coordinates deliverables with creative, technical and communications partners, including public relations and social media agencies, branding and creative firms, as well as rendering and interactive technology providers. Kat received her Bachelor of Arts in business, with an emphasis in Marketing, from the Neeley School of Business at TCU.
