Gina has over 20 years of expertise in multiple markets in California, the West and New York City. She has worked with some of the nation’s top developers, individual owners, pension funds and REITs, and has launched over 50 newly constructed developments totaling over $4 billion in sales. Gina specializes in trend forecasting, predevelopment analysis, marketing, sales, project management and the revitalization of underperforming assets to maximize yields.
Rhonda brings 16 years of sales and marketing experience and has overseen the sales and marketing teams for over 2,000+ condominium homes, with overall sales exceeding $1 billion. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, she was a principal with Urban Marketing Group, and before that she was at Williams & Dame Development, where she managed the release, sales and marketing for hundreds of new condos in downtown Los Angeles.
Rachel brings nearly a decade of experience in sales, marketing and project management in the retail and real estate sectors. A licensed California real estate agent since 2007, she brings expertise in trend analysis and project management, sales-gallery operations, project pricing and absorption analysis, marketing presentations and sales-team selection. Rachel has been involved in the operation of over 4,500 residences in over 23 developments valued at over $2.8 billion.
